Our delivery is fast and reliable, we have 1000’s of items in stock ready to be delivered. The earliest available delivery date will be on the product page, and you will be able to choose your delivery date in the checkout. On the rare occasion something is not in stock, we will contact you to arrange delivery before your lead time ends.

Our trained delivery teams will deliver and assemble your sofa in a room of your choice.


We charge a delivery fee of £99 to the UK mainland. We also provide a deliery service to Northern Ireland for a price please contact us on 07794973659. We want to provide the very best, stress-free service and your new item deserves to arrive in style! Our friendly, experienced delivery team will carefully deliver it to a room of your choice.


Have you checked that the product would fit? All our product pages have detailed measurements. If you have any questions about whether you think the sofa will fit, please contact us.

Please ensure that you enter the correct details into your order including contact details and address details.

Is there clear access and parking for the delivery drivers? If there is anything out of the ordinary, or you’re not sure just let us know prior to delivery.


On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message from our delivery team to confirm a time window.

Once the delivery team arrive, they will find somewhere safe to park their vehicle and bring your product into a room of your choice.

Please inspect the sofa whilst the drivers are there to ensure you are happy with the delivery and the product.


7.1 Your rights to cancel. You have a right to change your mind and cancel your order within 7 days of receiving it (unless the products were bespoke and made to your specifications). The cost to have collected by our 3rd part couriers is £250 you can also bring items back yourself at no charge and sofas will then be inspected for any damage or neglect before any refunds are made.

7.1.1 To cancel, please contact us using the contact details at our Contact Us page.

7.1.2 After you have cancelled your order, you must return the products to us within 7 days of cancellation.

7.2 Arranging returns. If you are entitled to cancel your order, you must contact us to arrange returns. Returns which have not been arranged with us will be refused. Any returns must be in an unused condition. Please refer to our Returns page for details of how to arrange a return. You must comply with the relevant process set out in that policy to complete a return.

7.3 If you cancel your order, returns will be at your cost of courier charge of £250

7.4 We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling of them. If we refund you the price paid before we can inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.

7.5 Refunds. Any refunds are made using the method you used for payment within 10-14 days of your return of the products (or from when you provide us with evidence that you have returned your order). The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.


The environment is important to us, which is why the packaging from your sofa will be removed free of charge by our delivery teams. We will make sure that we recycle as much of this as possible but can’t always take all the packaging away.

Please note we require returns to be in original packaging or something similar so if your not 100% set on the product then ask the delivery teams to leave the packaging with you as they will take it away with them if not told otherwise.


While we do not currently offer removals, you can arrange free furniture collection with the British Heart Foundation. You can find all the information you need below.

You can contact The British Heart Foundation directly to arrange collection of your unwanted furniture at a time that suits you. They will then sell it in one of their 700+ shops throughout the UK, and the proceeds will help fund life-saving research. So, you can get rid of your unwanted stuff, and feel good about it, too. This service is free of charge. Just call 0808 250 0115 to arrange your collection.

We will not be responsible as it is your responsibility as sofas can be tricky for deliveries, so we ask for you to play your part in making it easy for our delivery team as possible. This includes measuring the space where your sofa will be going, as well as the height and width of any doorways, hallways, or staircases that could cause our delivery team any problems with delivering the sofa to your room of choice, please take into account any objects/turns/light fittings/radiators/banisters/plugs, etc that could cause any problems. We will not be held responsible for any damage caused on delivery due to any of the above. please WhatsApp us a clear video/images of your hallway/doorway or rooms so we can advise if they will go through ok as it won’t be our responsibility if you decide not to check first or measure.

Failed deliveries will be liable for re-delivery fee. We may charge you a £99 re-delivery fee if:

6.6.1 no one is available at your address to take delivery during the agreed delivery window (although we will contact you using the details you provided for further instructions);

6.6.2 there is no safe means of access to the place of delivery, or we are otherwise unable to deliver because of the limits on delivery listed above; or

6.6.3 you cancel the delivery within 72 hours before the delivery date and want to rearrange the delivery.
